Creator Care is the hosting behind every website I build, and the care that comes with it. Premium hosting, security, backups, monitoring, updates, email addresses on your own domain — and a real person to ask when you need something changed. Your website is hosted properly, and you never have to think about it.
Why this exists
Creator Care is where your website lives: fast, secure hosting built for the day a video takes off. Your website is my responsibility, not yours. It stays fast, secure, backed up and monitored — and when you want something changed, you ask a person who already knows your site.
You didn’t build an audience so you could learn about DNS records and TLS certificates at 11pm. That’s the whole point of this.
One person, not a support portal
No ticket number, no first-line agent reading a script. You message me. I know your site because I built it, and I’m the one who fixes it or changes it.
What happens without you asking
The best part
Text, images, links, banners, prices, a new announcement, a product photo swapped before a drop — the small changes that would normally mean hiring a developer, or worse, doing it yourself at midnight. With Creator Care, you send me a message and it’s done. No quote, no invoice, no waiting a week, as long as it stays a small change.
“Small changes” means a job, not a project. A new page or a redesign is quoted separately, and landing pages for brand deals are a fixed £295 each. I’ll always let you know which is which before I start.

Creator Care is included in every build and billed monthly. Payment processing, video hosting and email mailboxes are billed by those providers directly, not by me.
What’s in it
Here’s what £49 a month actually buys: premium hosting, and everything around it that keeps your website fast, safe and up to date.
HOSTING
Served as static pages from a global network with no traffic limits, so a spike from one big video is handled with ease. You never touch a server.
SECURITY
Certificates auto-renewed, headers kept tight, dependencies patched before they’re news, and a firewall and protection against traffic floods always on.
BACKUPS
Daily snapshots kept for thirty days, and every version of the site kept so any of them can be put back. I test them — an untested backup isn’t one.
Proper addresses on your own domain — hello@, sponsorships@, management@ — set up and supported by me, so brands reach a business, not a free webmail address. The mailboxes themselves come from an email provider, who bills you directly.
UPDATES
Technology, dependencies and the website itself kept current — the quiet upkeep that keeps your site running beautifully for years.
CHANGES
Text, images, links, banners, prices and announcements — reasonable small changes done for you, without hiring a developer for every little task.
MONITORING
Uptime checked every sixty seconds from several countries. On Commerce and Membership, checkout and login are tested too, so every part of your site keeps working for you.
SUPPORT
When you need help, you message me — the person who built it. No queue, no explaining your setup to a stranger, no ticket that goes quiet.
DOMAIN & DNS
Renewals watched, records managed, email and subdomains configured. All the fiddly registrar stuff, handled for you.
Email on your own domain
Proper email addresses on your own domain. Setting them up and supporting them is part of Creator Care; the mailboxes themselves are billed by the email provider. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference the first time a brand emails you.
The bit that matters
I keep my client list deliberately small, so every site gets my full attention and every message gets a proper reply. It’s the difference between a service and a server.

Yes, every website comes with it. Your website is yours, and Creator Care is how I host it and look after it. With your website on my own servers and its domain managed alongside it, I can keep it fast and secure, and make your changes quickly. You get one person to ask whenever something needs changing. It’s billed monthly and matched to the build you have.
Anything that’s a job rather than a project: updating text, swapping an image, changing a price, a new banner or announcement, adding a link. What it isn’t is a new page, a redesign or a whole new shop — those get quoted separately, and I’ll always tell you which one something is before doing it. Landing pages for brand deals are a fixed £295 each.
Because there’s more to look after. A shop needs its checkout and payments monitored; a membership needs subscriptions, logins and members-only video watched and protected. More infrastructure, more security and more support, all matched to what your site does.
Your site is checked every minute from several countries, backed up daily and kept up to date. I’m alerted the moment anything needs attention, and I can roll back to yesterday’s version in under a minute — so your site stays fast and online, and you can get on with creating.
Yes, any month, with no minimum term and nothing to pay to cancel.
Your website, your domain and your data are all yours, so you’re never buying anything back. A domain I registered for you is transferred to you free, and your content and your customer and member data are always free to take. If you’d like me to pack up the website and send it to you, ready for you or your new developer to set up with another host, that’s £495 for my time. It’s all in the terms.
