How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day, and always within three. If my reply doesn’t turn up in your inbox, it’s worth a quick look in your spam folder.
Do I have to know what I want?
Not at all. Tick “not sure” and describe where you’re at. Working out which build you actually need is the first part of the job, and it’s free.
Should I use the builder or the form?
Whichever suits you. If you know roughly what you want and like seeing a price, use the builder. If you’d rather describe it in your own words and let me recommend, use the form. Both reach me.
Will this turn into a sales call?
No. You get a written plan and a price. If you want to talk it through, we can — and if you go quiet, I won’t chase you with a sequence of emails.
What do you do with what I send?
I read it, reply to it and keep it while we’re talking, then for up to 12 months in case you come back to it. It isn’t added to a mailing list, shared with anyone or used for advertising. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will. The privacy policy has the detail.
