How quickly will you reply?

Usually the same working day, and always within three. If my reply doesn’t turn up, it’s worth a look in your spam folder.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Tell me what your business does and what’s not working, and tick “Not sure yet”. Working out what you need is the first part of the job.

Does the proposal cost anything?

No. There’s no charge for talking it through or for the proposal, and no obligation to go ahead.

What do you do with what I send?

I read it, reply to it and keep it while we’re talking, then for up to 12 months in case you come back to it. It isn’t added to a mailing list, shared with anyone or used for advertising. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will. The privacy policy has the detail.
