Questions
The things owners in your industry ask first. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
Ask me a questionCharities registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. Give your charity number when you ask for a quote, and I check it on the register before I send it. Not a registered charity, like a community interest company or a group too small to register? Ask me.
Your whole website build: the website, its pages and any extras you choose, taken off in your quote, so the price in your quote is the price you pay. Website Care is the usual monthly price, from £39 a month, and its first 30 days are free.
Yes. The simplest way is a donate button that leads to the fundraising platform you already use, such as JustGiving or Enthuse. If you’d like donations taken on your own website, with monthly giving and Gift Aid declarations, I’ll build it with Stripe and include it in your quote (tick Extra functionality in the quote form).
Yes, if you’d like them to. A news section lets your team post updates whenever they like, and “Edit it yourself” lets them change the parts you update often, such as events or opening times. Or send changes to me: small changes are part of Website Care.
If you mainly need to explain what you do and how to get in touch, Brochure. If you want the website to bring in volunteers, fundraisers and enquiries, Business. If you run a charity shop online, E-commerce. Not sure? Ask me.
