You didn’t start a business to learn about DNS records and security certificates.
Website Care is where your website lives: fast, secure hosting, looked after by the person who built it. It stays fast, secure, backed up and up to date, and when you want something changed, you ask someone who already knows your website.
Keeping every website I build on my own hosting, with its domain managed alongside it, is how I keep them fast and secure and make changes quickly. So it comes with every website, at the level that matches it.

Ask me a questionYes: every website I build comes with it. Your website is yours, and Website Care is how I host it and look after it. With your website on my hosting and its domain managed alongside it, I can keep it fast and secure, and make your changes quickly.
Yes, any month, with no minimum term and nothing to pay to cancel. Your website, your domain and your data are yours, so you’re never buying anything back. A domain I registered for you is transferred to you free. If you’d like me to pack up the website and send it to you, ready for another host, that’s £495 for my time. It’s all in the terms.
Anything that’s a job rather than a project: updating text, swapping photos, changing prices or opening hours, adding an offer or an announcement. A new page, a new feature or a redesign is quoted separately, and I’ll always tell you which is which before I start.
Because there’s more to look after. A Business website has forms and tracking that need checking and reporting on; a shop needs its checkout, payments and orders watched, and more changes made for it.
On UK servers, with pages delivered through Cloudflare’s global network, so they load quickly wherever your visitors are.
Often, yes, once it’s moved onto my hosting. I’ll look at it first and tell you honestly whether it’s in good shape, needs some work or would be better rebuilt, with a price for each.
Yes. Setting them up and supporting them is part of Website Care. The mailboxes themselves come from an email provider, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, who bills you directly.
