Construction website design: Websites for builders and surveyors, built to win work.

Whether someone needs an extension built or a survey done, they check the same things first: have you done work like theirs, are you properly qualified, and how quickly can they get a price? Your website should answer all three, especially on a phone.

Questions

Questions, answered.

The things owners in your industry ask first. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Ask me a question
Do I need a page for every service?

If you want to be found for them, yes. People search for the job they need, like a new driveway, a loft conversion or a building survey, not for your company name. A page for each service, written for those searches, is how your website shows up.

Can customers send photos and details with a quote request?

Yes. The quote form asks for what you need to give a price: what the job is, where the property is, and photos or plans, so you can reply with a figure rather than a visit for every enquiry.

Can you show accreditations like RICS, CHAS or TrustMark?

Yes: your professional body, schemes like CHAS, Constructionline or TrustMark, your insurance and any guarantees, shown where customers look for them, next to the quote buttons.

Can surveyors show their fees online?

Yes. Fixed fees can sit on each service page, or an instant quote calculator can work out a price as people choose the survey and the property (priced once we’ve talked). If your fees depend on the job, the quote form does it.

Will it work on a phone on site?

Every page is designed for phones first: your number in the header, tap-to-call, and a quote form that’s quick to fill in with a thumb.
