Questions

Questions, answered.

The things owners in your industry ask first. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Ask me a question
Can parents or learners book and pay online?

Booking, yes: through your booking software, or add Online booking. Taking fees or monthly lesson payments at the same time is priced once we’ve talked, as it depends on how you charge.

Can we show our Ofsted rating?

Yes, with a link to your full report, as parents expect.

Can the timetable be easy to change?

Yes. Timetable changes are small changes, part of Website Care, or we can agree before I start that you’ll update it yourself.

Can we sell courses online?

Yes. Online courses can be sold through an E-commerce shop, or through a course platform your website links to. I’ll recommend the simplest on your kick-off call.
