Questions

Questions, answered.

The things owners in your industry ask first. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Ask me a question
Shopify, or something else?

For most shops, Shopify: it’s reliable, you run it day to day yourself, and its till system can share stock with your website. I design it around your brand, so it doesn’t look like everyone else’s. If you sell in an unusual way, I can build it from scratch with Stripe instead.

Can customers collect from our shop?

Yes: add Click & collect and local delivery. Customers choose a shop and a time, or delivery to the postcodes you cover.

We have hundreds of products. Can you add them all?

Your first 25 products are set up for you, and the rest are priced in your quote. If they’re already in a spreadsheet or another shop, moving them across is quicker still.

Who takes the card fees?

The payment provider, Shopify Payments or Stripe, charges its fees directly and pays you. If your shop is on Shopify, its monthly plan is paid to Shopify too.
