A redesign doesn’t have to start from nothing, and it shouldn’t cost you the visitors you already have.

Every old page address is redirected to its new home, so people following old links, and Google, end up in the right place. It’s the step most often missed in a redesign, and the one that protects the search rankings your website has already earned. Moving your content across and redirecting every old address both come with every website.

Yes. Each website contains the one before it, so an upgrade builds on what you already have. I’ll give you a fixed price for it before any work starts.
Yes. Your quote is a fixed price for everything we agree, and that’s what you pay. If you ask for something new later, I’ll quote it before I start. All prices include any VAT that applies.
No templates and no page builders. Each website is designed from scratch and hand-built, so it’s fast and has only what it needs. Online shops are built on Shopify or from scratch with Stripe, whichever suits you better.
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, products or premises, and the details of what you offer. I’ll help shape the wording, or write it for you: tick Copywriting when you ask for a quote.
If you’d like to. Online shops come with a dashboard for products, prices and orders, a blog lets you post news whenever you like, and “Edit it yourself” lets you change the parts you update often, such as prices or opening hours. Otherwise, send me the change: small changes are part of Website Care.
Yes, once your build is paid for: its design and its files, your content and your data. A domain I register for you is in my name while I host your website, and transferred to you free if you move. It’s all in the terms.
